had damage from the last hurricane.ins .after deductable and depreciation..not enough yo fix roof.or sir conditioner.or now mold damage.so sent all estimates .docs.ins.policy to fema.2 appeals later still denied.this has gone on for 5 months.i cant get help..mr.rodriguez.4078449699..help....

Just called FEMA to see if there was an update on my account and because I asked the csr questions that she clearly could not answer, she hung up on me. FEMA really needs to hire or train better csr to be able to deal with question by disaster victims.
