I met with an adjuster for FEMA after the roof was severely damaged on the rented home where we live. I had pics if the entire roof on the carport peeled of and lying in the yard as well as 2 garbage cans of the food lost from my 2 deep freezers. The adjuster took a few pictures and said someone from FEMA would contact us.

No one called and no tarp came.

We were told didnt qualify!

The owners had no insurance. I believe mold may

Affected by Hurricane Michael. Fema told me to get a loan...

my house has *** in the roof from a tree falling through it, water damage, mold, frayed wires; it’s almost unlivable.

I get a nasty manager/supervisor (56118) raising her voice, cutting me off, and lastly hanging up on me. Disgusting!

Government workers paid by our tax dollars can be so rude and condescending it's ridiculous! People don't realize their lives can change for the worse in a twinkle of an eye. We should really treat people the way we'd want t be treated!
