Had a returned direct deposit. Been calling for almost 3 mos.
No one knows what to do. I've been told 20 or more diff stories. Still waiting....and of course I called today the system was down. How convenient.
That must be atleast the 10th time in a month. It went from a 2 hr hold time, down to none. Yet they still have yet to rectify the very simple problem.
Dept of Treasury is even baffled. Seeing as the deposit was returned way back on august 26..............
